While we strive for perfection, there are occasions where we make mistakes and it is our intention to make right those wrongs. This page is where we will publish any errata for our products or patterns. We apologize for any inconvenience these errors may have caused you.
Collins Unum Fingering
If you purchased our Collins Unum Fingering prior to February 2017, you may have received a skein with a misprint on our tag in regards to gauge. The misprinted tag listed the gauge quantity for knitting and crochet as the number of stitches per four inches instead of stitches per inch.
The correct knitting gauge is 6-8 sts/in and crochet gauge is 5-8 its/in.
Hopper DK
If you purchased our Hopper DK prior to February 2020, you may have received a skein with a misprint on our tag in regards to type of wool content. The misprinted tag listed the wool content as 70% Superwash Merino.
The correct wool content is 70% Merino.
Hopper Fingering
If you purchased our Hopper Fingering prior to May 2017, you may have received a skein with a misprint on our tag in regards to gauge. The misprinted tag listed the gauge quantity for knitting and crochet as the number of stitches per four inches instead of stitches per inch.
The correct knitting gauge is 6-8 sts/in and crochet gauge is 5-8 its/in.
Ball Top
If you purchased our Ball Top in the Green Peafowl & Violet Backed Starling colorways prior to January 2018, you may have received a label with an incorrect fiber content indicated. The incorrect label listed the content as 20% Antheraea sp. (20% Tussah Silk).
The correct fiber content is 20% Bombyx mori (20% Cultivated Silk).
Audubon Collections
The collections formerly known as Audubon Unum Fingering, Audubon Sport, Audubon Worsted, Audubon Bulky, and Audubon Top have been renamed to Collins Unum Fingering, Collins Sport, Collins Worsted, Collins Bulky and Collins Top.
