This soft and luscious blend of 62.5% Superfine Merino Wool and 37.5% Soyabean Fiber is easy to draft for spinners and makes a great supple finish for felted projects.  This is named for Robert Boyer who was one of the people named in the patent for producing fiber from soy bean proteins.

This beautiful hand dyed top contains shades of deep teal; it is a color experiment by The Fiberists and is available in limited quantities. Colors may vary from what they appear on your screen, dark tones may appear darker and blacker on your screen.

Finished items created from this top are recommended hand wash only. Since this top is 62.5% Superfine Merino Wool and 37.5% Soyabean Fiber it can not tolerate agitation while wet without felting. The Fiberists recommend all projects be hand washed in cold water to ensure longevity.
