Finished items created from this top are recommended hand wash only. Since this top is 60% Merino Wool, 20% Tibetan Yak, and 20% Cultivated Silk it can not tolerate agitation while wet without felting. The Fiberists recommend all projects be hand washed in cold water to ensure longevity.
